Mrs. P’s has a selection of Technique classes on the schedule. Ranging from straight ballet technique, to focusing on stretch/turns/leaps, and a teen stretch & conditioning class. We’ve got your technique needs covered.
Ballet technique classes are 60 minutes in length and are open to all ages and levels. Like ballet class, this class focuses heavily on technique and discipline. Unlike ballet class, ballet technique does not work on choreography and does not prepare for a year-end recital. This class is ideal for dancers who wish to improve their technique in other classes and is highly recommended for dancers hoping to advance. The curriculum for ballet technique rarely changes, and is based on the belief that even the most advanced dancers can always work to improve their technique.
Stretch/Turns/Leaps is an extension of our ballet technique class, spotlighting proper stretching, turning, and leaping.
The Teen Stretch/Conditioning class focuses on proper stretch strengthening of muscles.
Beginner Ballet Technique Class is on Monday 4:30
Stretch/Turns/Leaps Class is on Tuesday 4:30
Intermediate Ballet Technique Class is on Tuesday 5:30
Advanced Ballet Technique Class is on Tuesday 5:30
Teen Stretch/Conditioning Class is on Thursday 8:30
