Tracy Bailey

Tracy started her dance and acrobatic training at the age of 5. Mentored to be an assistant at a young age, she started her teaching career at 15 with a heavy emphasis in Acrobatics as well as other forms of dance. As a competitive dancer from a young age, she has been introduced to many styles of dance and worked under a variety of master teachers. Tracy continued her dance training through college at The University of Florida with a minor in dance and was a member of various companies and performance groups: Floridance, Soundstage, Dance Alive and Danza. After moving back to South Florida, Tracy started teaching full time again and has choreographed many award winning competition pieces and more importantly, helped her students grow and safely develop their strength and skills. Certified by Dance Educators of America and currently in training with Acrobatic Arts, Tracy is continuously looking for new methods and approaches to introduce to her students to keep up with the fast paced cutting edge dance world.

Jennifer Johnpoll
Office Manager
Miss Jennifer might not have a background in dance, but her excellent office skills, coupled with her daughter’s love for all things dance, have made her a perfect fit here. Her organizational and people skills help to keep our busy studio running smoothly and ensure that our students and their families have a positive experience from the moment they walk through the doors. While her own feet might be an uncoordinated mess, she is thrilled that her work with us allows her to watch her daughter pursue her passion for dance in our studio. They have been spotted together right here at Mrs. P’s for the last ten years.

Jenn’s background in graphic arts, internet technology, and her ability to successfully manage her large household have prepared her to face all the wonderful craziness the world of dance throws her way. Be sure to say hi to Jenn on your way to class!
